Jaz has been immersed in the dental industry since 2012, building over 13 years of hands-on expertise across every facet of practice operations. She holds degrees in Psychology and Business Administration — a combination that drives her patient-first, results-driven approach to every engagement.
Before founding DFP Dental Services, Jaz served as Director of Operations for a multi-location dental organization, where she oversaw 45+ practices and managed a team of 100+ employees. In that role she was responsible for billing, credentialing, HR, insurance verification, compliance, and new practice startups — giving her an unmatched breadth of knowledge in what it takes to run a high-performing dental office.
Today, she brings that same rigor and care to every DFP client — ensuring your practice runs as smoothly behind the scenes as it does in the operatory.

Dee is an Army Veteran who has dedicated her post-service career to the dental industry since 2014. The discipline, precision, and mission-first mindset she developed in the military translate directly into the meticulous, results-oriented billing work she delivers for every client.
Prior to co-founding DFP Dental Services, Dee served as Director of Billing for a multi-location dental organization, where she led revenue cycle management across a large network of practices. Her expertise spans the full claims lifecycle — from submission and follow-up to accounts receivable management and operational workflow design.
